Local projects

Projects are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly use the sharing feature. Keep original graph images in a separate backed-up location for important work.

Sharing a project

When you choose to share a project, it is uploaded to the Graph Digitizer sharing service and can be accessed by anyone who has the generated link. Only share content you are entitled to make public. Do not treat a share link as a guaranteed permanent archive.

Backup recommendations

  • Keep the original graph image separately.
  • Export numerical data to CSV as an additional copy.
  • Retain any project-sharing information needed to transfer a project.
  • Reopen imported projects and verify their contents.
